GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND FURTHER INFORMATION FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
- Room rates per person and day inclusive of half board, all taxes and fees
- Children’s reductions: Children up to 2 years free of charge / children from 3 to 6 years 50% / children from 7 to 12 years 30%
- 3. person in the room 10%
- Surcharge for single room 8 € per person and day
- Surcharge for full board 13 € per person and day (only possible in summer)
- Reduction for bed & breakfast 10 € per person and day
- Dogs and cats: Charge of 5 € per day (without food). Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Pets are not allowed in some rooms, in the dining room, in the Dolomiti Wellbeing area and on the lawn for sunbathing. We reserve the right to charge for final cleaning where necessary.
- The booking is considered firm after receipt of a deposit of 300 € to 500 € per room. Our bank details:

- In the case of late arrival, early departure or no-show we charge 80% of the entire period booked.
- Price advantages can be applied only once per booking.
- In general we recommend payment by bank card or cash! We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card.
